Return and Refund Policy

Return
Our policy lasts 30 days after the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition. 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@arterix-wallart.com. The product must be shipped at the customer's expense. In the event of a partial return, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are not in their original condition, or have damage that is not due to our error, cannot be returned. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not eligible for a refund.

Please note your full shipping details on the package and put a note inside with your order number.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and fix the problem.


Non-refundable items
Certain items such as custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Furthermore, we also do not offer refunds for gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the high cost of delivery for products of this size we do not offer exchanges


Refund
After we receive the package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your refund should be completed no later than 14 days after cancellation.
