Ordering & Shipping
Currently we only deliver to the countries of the European Union and to the USA. Orders are free of charge and will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.

Delivery: 5-7 business days from order (additional shipping cost)
The delivery is free of charge regardless of the order quantity. However, if you need your order sooner, we offer a priority service. For this, additional costs will be charged, which will be calculated at checkout.
Currently we only deliver to countries in the European Union and the USA. However, we are working on delivering to more countries to make our unique artworks available to as many customers as possible.
You will receive an order confirmation automatically by email after you have placed an order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam and junk folders. If you still have not received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us at hello@arterix-wallart.com.
There is only a short period of time between the time you place your order and the time we start processing it. Therefore, contact us immediately at hello@arterix-wallart.com after you place your order. This may allow us to cancel your order before it is processed.
Yes, you can track your order. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. Alternatively, you can track your order on our website. Click here to do so.
Please note that the delivery times we quote are approximate and may change depending on your shipping address, customs clearance and the speed of local shipping companies.
However, if you do not receive your package within 40 days of your order, you are entitled to a refund or a new shipment with expedited shipping service.

Sometimes we ship your order in separate packages to optimize delivery times and meet weight restrictions. We do this to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible. You can always check your tracking codes to see when the rest of the shipment will be delivered.
Returns
The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your product, please notify us by email at hello@arterix-wallart.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We will then work together to find a solution that works for you.
We are sorry to hear that your order is damaged. In rare cases, a product may be damaged during delivery. Please email us at hello@arterix-wallart.com with your order number and photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging. A member of our team will then contact you immediately to find a solution that suits you.
Payment & Refunds
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
After you have requested a return and we have received the package, we will make every effort to process your refund within 3-5 business days. However, please note that it may take a few days for your bank to credit the payment back to your account. Therefore, we ask that you wait up to ten business days after returning the item before contacting us about the refund.
